Department of Education urges students to “check their pockets”

The Western Cape Department of Educaiton have urged students to “check their pockets” for notes or cellphones before writing their exams. The official statement says that forgetting phones or answers will not be considered an excuse for the 2023 matric exams: cheating is cheating.
