Learners lose schooling as government fails to pay

Schools in Ubuntu municipality are once again paying the price for government departments that are failing to pay their municipal accounts. Since yesterday, at least seven schools have had their electricity cut by Ubuntu municipality, as it seeks to recover outstanding debt through disconnections.
